The leadership of the student union, an embodiment of intellectuals with the aim and objective of promoting the best interest of the students, utilise this medium to inform the student populace with great emphasis on students offering the course CSP 201 that the actual payment for the course manual is hereby extended.
Following several complains recieved from students over the increase in the price of the course manual which is a necessity to attaining success in the said course. The course manual whose initial price was NGN1,000 was increased later to NGN1,200 for those who are just purchasing the manual. While the extra NGN200 serves as payment for late purchase.
The union leaders met with the SUB Dean of the School of Agriculture and agricultural Technology over the said issue and a student befitting resolution was arrived at.

The price of the manual is hereby reverted to NGN1,000 as the deadline for normal period of purchase is hereby extended till next week Friday. All affected are to take note of this.
We implore students offering this course to purchase the manual within this duration, we also use this medium to appreciate the effort of the SUB Dean of the aforementioned faculty
Finally, regarding a 300level student of the department of Food Science and Technology that was reportedly assaulted by a professor. We want the student populace to be assured that the union would not condone any form of assault of the university student and we would continue to fight against such incidents. As investigation is on concerning the said issue.
