Once again, I welcome you back to the school for the second semester of the 2016/2017 academic session. Wishing you a fun-filled academic semester.
Dearest FUTARIANS, I am aware of the epileptic power supply occurring in the Off-Campus area of our institution of learning. I feel your pains and worries. The Students'
Union is working assiduously to proffer solution to this issue. It is of utmost concern to us and we are working our fingers to bone for desirable result.
Tomorrow, Monday, 19th June, 2017, I, alongside the officials of the Union will further our talks with the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) and I can assure you of tremendous success.
Moreso, the Students' Union is aware of the illegal and unjust arrest of FUTA students by the Nigerian Police Force (NPF). Trust me with the mandate you have given us, we are meeting with the Commissioner of Police, Ondo state as regards this crucial issue.
We will continue to serve you since that is why you elected us. We are resolutely committed to serve you diligently and I promise not to disappoint the teeming FUTA students. Thanks for sustaining trust and reposing confidence in us.
