  Notification of CONGRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is to inform & notify all ever progressive minded engineering students that there is going to be a congress which is however going to be the last congress of 2017/18 Nuesa,Futa (Team Efficiency) Administration.

The schedule of the congress goes below;
Date:Friday, 29th June,2018 .
Time: 03:00pm
Venue: Lecture Theater(Big LT), Obanla,Futa.
Also, the Agenda of the congress goes below;
1. Recitation of national &Futa Anthem.
2. Opening Prayer
3. Adoption of Agenda.
4. Appointment of Acting Chiefwhip& Acting General Secretary
5. Reading of the last congress minutes.
6. State of the Association; Nuesa FUta so far!
7. 2017/18 Financial report/statement of the Account.
8. Presidential/Bye-Election.

9. Any Other Business
10. Results of the election.
11. Closing prayer.
12. Adjournment.

NOTE:

1. The Bye Electioneering proceedings will be out by the ELECTORAL COMMITTEE before the congress day and Agenda number 8 & 10 will be Anchored by the Committee.

2. Congress venue will be closed by security personnel& movement will be restricted after completion of Agenda number6.

3. Mode of identification: Returning students; School ID Card .
